Environmental Water Caucus Weighs in on Drought Legislation- Contact Senator Boxer!

The Environmental Water Caucus (see http://www.ewccalifornia.org/home/index.php) sent a letter to Senator Feinstein on November 18, 2014 expressing concerns with the secret "Drought Legislation" that is being negotiated in Washington, D.C.
