San Jose Mercury News Editorial: Bay Area Can't Afford to Lose Delta Water Fight

The San Jose Mercury News has an editorial up that argues that Governer Brown's water plan, the BDCP, which includes the Twin Tunnels, should never be implemented. The article can be found here. Framing the editorial's argument is the fact that the Brown administration has not "produced any scientific evidence of its [the BDCP's] effect on the health of the Delta" and that the water plan puts a much unneeded stress on the Bay Area, which gets two-thirds of its water from the Delta. The same article can be found at the following sources: The Monterey Herald, Oakland Tribune, and Contra Costa Times.
